I have never been a huge fan. Food is mediocre at best. Restaurant feels greasy inside.
While I’ve been to Il Pizzaiolo multiple times before covid, I will never step foot in this restaurant again. Not only are they apparently disregarding social distancing and mask policies (demonstrating total disregard for employees’ and patrons’ health), but it’s clear in the patron’s posted email that the owner also doesn’t care at all about customer service! Real customer review! (Not fake.) We ❤️ this little neighborhood treasure. We have eaten there many times over the past 10 years. It’s where we take out-of-town guests, or treat ourselves. The food is always fresh and delicious. The menu is varied enough that our vegetarian relative and younger kids can find items they like. Portions are generous.
