Very disappointing. Atmosphere was lovely. Food was not. My salad was supposed to have pears in it. It did not. The lobster ravioli was horrible. Drowning in a saucy with a curry flavor that wasn't mentioned in the description of the dish on the menu. My cream brûlée was cold , tasted like is was made a long time ago. Will not return
We had Sunday Brunch. The best shrimp & grits I ever had. Waffle with mixed berries awesome, too. Our desserts were great. We had the butterscotch creme brulee' & blueberry pecan crisp with oatmeal cookies. Everything was great. The service was awesome, too.
It's over priced for what you get. The food was good but not amazing. The matre d was so rude. Told our party host, who was also the birthday girl at the dinner party, that we had to be out of our table by 7pm because they needed to turn the table over. If they needed the table, they could have told the wait staff to move us along quicker. Don't tell the birthday girl. Unbelievable!
The food was, at best unimaginative, overpriced, and mediocre. My dish was not presented as described, instead of a side of asparagus, I received two small sprigs of asparagus, a bunch of green beans and a couple of small carrots. I did ask if I could substitute whipped potatoes for fingerlings, others around me had half a plate of potatoes, I got two small fingerlings tucked under my entree. Amazing food. Probably the beast Italian restaurant I ve been to. We had a slow start with appetizers but food made up for it.
