Now this is Italian!!! – Relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. Awesome tasting authentic Italian food such that you wonder how they make it that well. If you so desire, they also seem to have the right wine for whatever meal you're picking off their deep menu. And don't forget about the tasty desserts including their yummy gelato options! You feel like you're eating with family and friends... even if you are there by yourself... It is a great place to bring a group as they are seem to handle groups of any sizes quite well a... read more

Now that's Italian! from the Mad Italian – As an Italian living in Atlanta there is not many Italian places that have the real sauces and flavors you would find in NYC or Chi-town. This is the best Pizza and quick service Italian I have had here in ATL. The atmosphere is casual and the pizza is fantastic. This is the kind of pizza you can eat cold the next day. Some of you will know what I mean. For you true Italian's try the Penne Diablo, the sauce is the real thing. For dessert the Geeen monster Gelato is the best I've eve... read more

How the search for great pizza turned into alot more – So... I moved here from NY 3 years ago. New York is the mecca for great pizza. One Saturday afternoon I found il Bacio. Their pizza was the real deal. Fresh and just like NY. So... I decided to go back to dinner. The food was amazing. So I continued to go back. Now it's been a few years. I go their with my friends and wife as often as possible. In fact we even had our rehearsal dinner there. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I wish they catered my wedding - bu... read more

Terrible Service – Stopped here for lunch on a weekday and got 2 slices of Pizza and a diet coke with my partner. He got a sandwich. Food took approximately 25 minutes to get to our table and the place wasn't busy. After carelessly dropping off our food, the server never came back. I desperately wanted Parmesan cheese for my pizza and my diet coke remained empty for the whole meal. We had to finally grab him (literally) as he walked by our table for the fourth time without saying a word to us. By the time I got my Parmesan c... read more

Bad food and worse customer service – The managers/owners were rude to me, too! I ordered a $15 fish entree which to me is not "cheap eats". The fish had so many peppers, onions, and sauce on it, I couldn't even taste the fish. The kitchen was closed so the waitress took it off. Then my friend had a coupon for a free entree so I asked for that back since they were already taking off the meal. The manager came over to my table and YELLED at me, we can't take it off AND give you your coupon back! Bad food and horrible customer... read more

If your in the neighborhood, this place is great! – I joined a friend of mine for dinner tonight at Il Bacio. The atmosphere was busy in a laid-back, comfortable way. The staff was friendly & seemed happy to be there. My meal was delicious & received excellant service. My gellato was THE BEST in the city! The owner's (not managers!) were working in the kitchen & were very nice. This resteraunt, overall, is relaxing & refreshing in such a busy area.

Great Pizza, pasta, salads gelato and a patio to boot! – This is a real neighborhood Italian Cafe. It's great if you just want to order take-out pizza - or have a nice, sit-down dinner with wine and appetizers. Service has been great each time I go.

Avoid this restaurant at all cost – When I entered the restaurant the atmosphere seemed quite nice but that impression was misleading. The wait staff was poorly dressed and my waitress was quite scary. The food was very bland and the owners were rude and seemed as though they were better than everyone else. That was not even the worst part, when I returned home my stomach started to hurt. I ate the lasagna and I believe that the meat was spoiled. I was sick for days..... STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT!
