I am very happy with my experience with this water damage restoration team in Alhambra. We found heavy mold throughout our crawl space after a water heater leak, and from the first call everything was handled quickly and professionally. Braxton was very kind and helpful on the phone and arranged for someone to come out late that same night, which was a huge relief. Marc arrived promptly, was respectful, and kept everything very clean. He even put protective paper down in the areas where he would be walking through the house,... read more

I do not usually write long reviews, but I felt I should take a few minutes to praise Ikoni Restoration for everything they did for my family during our water damage restoration claim. Nobody wants to deal with water intrusion, emergency dry-out, or the stress of filing an insurance claim, but when it happens, you need a team that knows remediation, structural drying, repairs, and rebuild work from start to finish. Excellent experience with Ikoni Restoration handling mold remediation after an interior water leak from the second floor of our home. From the first phone call through the onsite inspection and the full restoration process, the service was outstanding from start to finish. Justin, Braxton, and Marc were prompt, professional, and respectful, and they explained each step clearly. The crew did a very thorough job setting up proper containment, removing the affected materials, treating the mold issue, and making sure the water d... read more

During a family holiday visit, we woke up to a major water damage mess at the front entry after a pipe burst overnight. i was pretty stressed at first because i had never dealt with water mitigation and restoration before, but Ikoni Restoration made the whole process easy. They arrived on time, explained the dry-out and cleanup steps in simple terms, started the water extraction right away, and did not try to upsell anything unnecessary. marc and the crew were professional, careful with the damaged contents, and very helpful... read more

Ikoni Restoration is much more than a water damage restoration company. Their team really knows mitigation, drying, cleanup, and repair, and they take the work seriously from start to finish. i had a burst pipe in my home in Alhambra, and the crew responded very fast, arriving within minutes to begin the water extraction and moisture inspection. They were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable during the whole process, and justin made everything easy to understand. They did more than dry out and restore the damaged areas... read more
