Sushi has always been great, only issue we've had is the wait to be seated can be severely long in the evenings. We have seen people do pick ups to skip the wait, and may try that next time. Besides that I'm happy we have a decent sushi place in Paradise.
The spicy tuna bites are a must have at Ikkyu!!! I love the size of their rolls! The sushi is so amazing!!! Highly recommend going to this restaurant!

We absolutely love Ikkyu! We go several times a months and even when we talk about going somewhere else, we end up here! We have tried several sushi places in Chico only to be disappointed it isn't as good. The chef/owner at Ikkyu makes a wonderful blended pepper sauce that is out of this world! Both he and his wife are wonderful and gracious people. There is rarely a time they aren't busy now that the word has gotten out and people from Chico are coming to the ridge for sushi. I highly recommend them!
Everything about dinner was a great experience! We will definitely be back!
