I hate leaving bad reviews but I’m way too disappointed with my experience here. As soon as we walked in the door no one greeted us. They saw us but just stared as if we’re in the wrong place. We didn’t know if we can seat ourselves or wait to be seated. The waitresses didn’t even tell us if there’s a wait or not. It took them 30 mins to finally greet us and give us menus and another 15 mins for them to come take our order. The sushi took extremely long and the rice was hard. Never disappoints! Best authentic Japanese dining between Seattle and San Francisco.
I am not a big sushi eater but one of the chefs there made this awesome veggie roll that was awesome. The service was great. Servers were friendly and the quality of the food was excellent. We were visiting Paradise and were quite surprised to find this place. I would gladly recommend it to anyone.
