Underwent Hypno with Amelia for three sessions. Amelia is extremely intuitive, understanding and goes into great effort to ensure that I was comfortable during every step of the process. As someone who has only dabbled in spirituality, I can confidently say this experience has made everyday life more manageable and provided me with a new found sense of peace and calm. Highly recommend!
Amelia is amazing and has really helped with hypnotherapy on retraining my negative thought patterns and changing them to more a questioning and identifying the inner thoughts behind the negative. Along with this she has also given me tools to change these thoughts. She has also helped with inner child and shadow work 😊. It has really helped me come out of my shell and I can't thank you enough Amelia.
Amelia, thank you so much for tonight. The whole women's circle was wonderful but particularly the meditation at the end was nothing I'd experienced before. I got emotional, and a few strong sensations happened through the meditation. I got the hot and tingly feeling in my feet, my left hand was hot but my right hand was like ice and at one point it felt like there was a tornado going into my head. It was truely an incredible meditation. Thank you 💗
Amelia is a lovely person. Had a really good night dancing, doing laughter yoga and meditation. Definitely felt relaxed afterwards. Will definitely do it again real soon. ❤️❤️
