My 3 year old needed a lot of dental work done and I had no idea where to start. Ikids made me feel very comfortable because everything was explained so well, the staff are extremely kind and patient. My little guy needed to be put under (which I was terrified of) and they do it right there in their office! The doctor and dentist take the extra measure to ensure you and your child are comfortable and aware of what is going on. I am very thankful for this dentistry for making this very scary experience, seem not so scary.
The Viridian office was wonderful today (as other visits as well). I called in at 4:40 with an emergency and they graciously got us in after hours. Love that they are so close to home. The staff and doctors are all awesome!
Yes it was my first I really love all the staff were so nice, respectful and organized. The area was so clean great ideas for kids to play while I was doing my paper work. They took their time to clean my kids teeth 🦷 also the dentist she was so nice to my kids. I recommend them to any parents you will love it 😍please keep doing the good jobs your nurses are great
Today is our first time visiting. The staffs and the Dr. were all very kind and amazing. Very impressed with everything. Kudos to them and the amazing job they're doing!
Front office staff was more than friendly - went out of their way to help & do everything we needed.
So today was our first time visiting iKids and it was definitely a pleasure. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. My son even said, “Mom I really like them there”. Great customer service will take a business a long way and we will for sure be back in 6 mos. Thank you for making us feel welcomed and comfortable.
