Rescheduled my daughters appointment 3 times. I walk in today (3-18-19) and as soon as I walk in I was told I needed to reschedule again. Was told someone called me Friday yet no voicemail was left. I do not have the time to be driving back and forth from this office because you can’t find people competent enough to do their job. I have missed 3 days of work and my daughter has missed 3 days of school all for nothing.
