Ken has truly been incredible to work with. Clear and timely communication to set up the inspection, arrived early to begin the inspection, clear communication throughout, and honestly just a wonderful person all around. I hired to inspect a property as a first time homebuer. First off, wow what a nice guy. He was on time, explained everything in detail, took his time and documented everything which is exactly what you want when you hire someone. I've heard of guys being 30-45 minutesfor an inspection, me and Ken were on the property for close to 2 and half to 3 hours. He showed me things to be aware of and things I would have missed.
