Ken was great. He's friendly and efficient, and he walked us through the whole inspection, explaining what needed to be fixed and what to deal with first. When we didn't understand something, he took the time to make sure we did. He also gave us good tips on what we could fix ourselves and what to leave to a pro. As first time homebuyers, we couldn't have asked for a better person to have with us. Would recommend him to anyone.

There’s not enough words to describe how INCREDIBLE Ken was for my husband’s and I home inspection in the Middlesex/Monmouth area of NJ. Ken was recommended by our realtor and we could not have been more pleased. He was a great communicator before, during, and after the inspection. He walked us through some issues with the house and explained how to correct/mitigate problems. He was incredibly thorough and just a really pleasant person to work with. His inspection report was incredibly thorough and well documented (and his price was very reasonable). We highly recommend him!
