We used Ken not once..but twice! He is phenomenal is all the information he knows about home and saved us from entering a money pit of a house due to his attention to detail! We are forever grateful he was able to find all that he found..because we would of had much bigger headaches moving into a house..had we closed on it. We trust him so much, we brought him back to the house we ended up buying! It was a relief to know that we had him on our side. My wife and Irecently hired Ken for a home inspection of the home we are purchasing. He did a very thorough and meticulous job on checking through the entire property. He was patient and explained everything. Plus gave a detailed report on the whole property. He was very helpful. I highly recommend him.
