Ken was recommended by our realtor and we could not have been more pleased. He was a great communicator before, during, and after the inspection. He walked us through some issues with the house and explained how to correct/mitigate problems. He was incredibly thorough and just a really pleasant person to work with. His inspection report was incredibly thorough and well documented (and his price was very reasonable). We highly recommend him!
Ken did an amazing job inspecting the home we are in the process of getting. He arrived 15 minutes prior to the inspection starting and even sent a confirmation the morning of. He knows exactly what he is doing and did a phenomenal job. He really cares about his profession and it shows based on the detail report he provided us and the communication he relayed to us while touring us around the interior and exterior of the home. 10 out of 10 recommend!
