I’ve had such a great experience with HY Group - Ikebana! Their communication is always clear, professional, and fast. They reply right on time and really take care of everything smoothly. The whole team is amazing, and they make the process stress-free. A special mention to Lulu! She is wonderful. She genuinely cares about people, is always helpful, and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is handled properly. Vivian is also very helpful and supportive.

I stayed at Ikebana Apartment for nearly two years, and I would like to say that the building management is exceptional. My property manager, Lulu, does a fantastic job of keeping the building organised and safe. She was immensely supportive. Not only during my tenancy, but also after I moved out when I needed references. Her dedication to her responsibility and day-to-day duties are outstanding. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Ikebana for around 1.5 years and our experience was amazing. The location is super close to CBD with walking distance to Southern Cross, Flagstaff Gardens, QV Market and so much more. The building management is very cooperative and proactive as well.
