I stayed at Ikebana Apartment for nearly two years, and I would like to say that the building management is exceptional. My property manager, Lulu, does a fantastic job of keeping the building organised and safe. She was immensely supportive. Not only during my tenancy, but also after I moved out when I needed references. Her dedication to her responsibility and day-to-day duties are outstanding. Highly recommended.
I loved renting here for the last 4 years. Great building manager and the team at HY management have been a pleasure during my tenancy.
We stayed at Ikebana for around 1.5 years and our experience was amazing. The location is super close to CBD with walking distance to Southern Cross, Flagstaff Gardens, QV Market and so much more. The building management is very cooperative and proactive as well.
Noise level is much more lower than other city apartments!
Great managers but the building...... the building almost has no insulation. Inside its colder than even outside. Top floors are unlivable without spending a fortune on heating. Constructed by penguins probably. if you rent or buy a unit here, you should know that you will NEVER, or 90% of the time you'll NOT receive your shipment or a mail or a letter. Almost all your delivery people will give up trying to get in, because doors are always locked and there's no post delivery box outside.
