This guy with blue hair, (nail polish) and chipped nail polish for that matter, kept picking his nose and providing horrible customer service. I just don't know how people like that get hired to begin with. Professionalism these days has gone out the window.
Lady in kids section did not even want to check online a product for me of when it’s coming in stock. She just said I don’t know. I asked other IKEAs and they are willing to check for you. Then she went back to talking to her friends not doing anything. Keep an eye on your staff
Such a bad service. Associates are not trained 👎. Take too much time 😔 They don't know what they are doing 😭 Completely opposite experience than North York
