They are awesome to deal with. And fast friendly service
I tried to look for the hours of operation of this building everywhere. All it says in the email is that i have 7 days to pick it up. Not 7 BUSINESS DAYS - 7 days. Nowhere in the email does it provide hours. Anyways, my husband goes there on a Saturday morning, and only when he gets there does he see it is not open on Saturday. Ikea needs to provide the hours of operation in the email.
Picked up our ikea orders twice from this location this week. The collection process was smooth, guy the works there was super helpful and friendly.
Felt not safe at this location, worst customer service. Reached there around 5.40 pm and they were open until 6 pm still noone was replying. At 6 pm someone came outside and rude behavior. Seems like they not working properly. Owners, need attention !
