furniture for the entire house, huge showroom and creative solutions. presentations are very well done in the store to help give you ideas. quality of the materials, however, is sub-par. Most of the woods are particle board and do not stand up to long years of use. Had never been to an IKEA before, but was very impressed. They have some really cool stuff. Fantastic prices and cool fresh designs. I got my home office furnished for under $500.
Today I had by far the worst experience trying to get a table from this store. An IKEA store employee stated I could order a certain table online only to drive an hour home and discover the table could not be ordered online. I then call customer service to see if I could call this store but I was told it was not their job to check the stock inventory to see if the table was actually at the store. THIS IKEA DOUBLE CHARGED ME FOR $235 AND I HAD TO WAIT 2 WEEKS FOR A REFUNF EVEN THO I HAD ALL MY RECEIPTS AND STATEMENTS
Generally poor customer service. No one answers the phone at 9:15pm, when I'm trying to assemble what I purchased at 8:45pm. One would think they'd have a central help desk that would provide support during hours when people are actually building their stuff.Next day, I tried calling, and got a "number not working" message from the phone company. This store is great for a one time completely furnish your entire house trip, thats what i did with my apartment. And its a great price too. I love it.
