I prefer the West Chester, Ohio location as it seems bigger and better laid out. AVOID the restaurant upstairs, very gross food. Although, you can get cinnamon rolls and to go drinks/slushies at the checkout downstairs. I would much rather order my items to be shipped, but the shipping charges are outrageous! I have been to IKEA many times in other areas. I found my experience with "building" my own wardrobe very poor. The bright spot at the COlumbus IKEA is their employees everyone we talked to was very helpful and kind, but the timing took all day. We built our wardrobe and then went to pay for it, over $500, and our order had been wiped out so we had to start over.
