If I could give zero stars I would. I was recommended to this salon. I called twice and left a message. My call was returned by the receptionist. I told her exactly what I wanted and when. She told me to send her pictures of the style and she would call me right back. I sent the pictures on Tuesday at 5pm. The receptionist ( Kandi's sister) didn't text me back until 10pm that night.
