Had a vehicle I was interested in and came an hour away to buy the car. The guys here in IK autos accommodated me well and made the process easy and seamless. They were ready with all the paperwork before I arrived at the lot. There was no pressure to buy the car and I took my time test driving and inspecting the car. Their vehicles look well maintained and I would recommend them for a used vehicle.
We stopped by and spoke to Antonio. He was very helpful and informative. Came in and spoke with Imad. The transaction was done that same day. What I liked is that he was transparent and answered all our questions patiently. Sylvana helped us with a new insurance quote. They truly went above and beyond. Highly recommended. We got a Honda accord 2017. I asked certain question and imad was able to answe my question with no issues and it was very very transparent with the answer. I definitely recommend this dealer.
Purchased an Audi Q5 , the process was very smooth , they were very informative and reassuring. There was no pressure i would 100% recommend them if your looking for a used car.
