I've never had a bad experience here. I do have a favorite now. Jamaica Hot. So good it brought tears to my eyes.
Horrible Customer Service from the Owner. She was pushing employees and mistreating them in front of the customers and throwing trays on tables. She yelled at a young guy and told him to work faster. The new servers can’t communicate with the customer because they can’t speak English. If I could give them a negative rating I would. My sister-in-law stood up to complain about the way she was treating her employees. Then she was yelled at by another gentleman from the kitchen. Horrible horrible service!!!
This was a great place to eat sushi, however, it has been going down in service. Tonight was the worst not only did the owner slam the tables and chairs while she was seating us, but we witnessed her push an employee. After that she slammed trays on the tables, next to people trying to have a nice evening. This was the owner doing all this upheaval.
