Horrible service! Never checked on us. Couldn't really get all you can eat, due to not checking up on a party of 14 and only got one round of rolls. No refills on drinks. And got the orders wrong. Not coming here again.
I'm usually extremely understanding, bc I worked food service for awhile... but this place had the worst customer service I ever encountered.
Poor service. They did not even check up on our sushi until after we asked them. It was almost an hour and other groups had more service than us. I used to like this place about a year ago, but now I will never go back. Please do not waste your time or money coming here.
Mayli was the only reason why were somewhat nice. Food was good!!! POOR, POOR customer service by Ascenia(who admitted she is not a smiley person) and management. We waited 45 minutes for 7 rolls. Management didn't even try to make anything right.
