IJ was awesome to work with. He was recommended to us by the realtor we had been working with when she had to take a sabbatical. We had our offer accepted on our dream house in a very competitive area, even though we weren’t the highest bid. IJ guided us to a 25 day close which included the pandemic shutdown. He also got us a good offer on our former house within two weeks of going on the market. IJ has a great attention to detail, professionalism, and is just a good person to talk to.

I.J. did a terrific job selling my parents' house. Conscientious and communicative --- the whole Compass team did a great job of fielding multiple offers and managing showings during Covid. Highly recommended.
