Put simply, Nico is qualified, trustworthy, and diligent. Nico took the time to answer every question we had regarding our report and made himself available by text or phone call for follow-up. I would definitely use him for another inspection in the future. Nico is especially great for first-time homebuyers, as he is patient and willing to explain the issues he identifies as well as possible repairs.
As a first time home buyer it can be very nerve racking. But having Nico Thomas with IInspectDFW coming out to inspect my new home definitely helped me make the big decision to purchase.
