She is a crook. She is money hungry and don’t care about her clients. She supposed to reimburse me $1350, which I still been waiting for over 1 month. She sent me a broken dresser and a broken headboard. She said I had to pay her cash up front. The first time in my life I have to sue someone. I built a entire house with no major issues, when there was 1 the professionals I dealt with fix it without a second thought. For 15 years now, Patricia Salcedo has met my expectations to the fullest. I am beyond satisfied with her work and professionalism. I would trust her to do any project in my house and to date she has worked on every room and my backyard too! It is gorgeous. Patricia Salcedo, Owner and Designer of lll View Design and Construction is an extremely creative designer! I have hired her and worked with her personally and she is so professional and a pleasure to work with. I'm a Realtor on Long Island and I have referred her countless times for both design and many construction projects. Her design concepts are by far above and beyond many other homes I have been in that have worked with a designer, she's a joy to work with and her prices are reasonable.

I have worked with this staff on three separate projects and have had good experiences each time. Patricia, the lead designer, has worked with us to create new spaces as well as updating rooms in which we wanted to use existing furniture. She has creative ideas and flawless taste. The staff respected our budgets and weathered my "crazy" when I couldn't make a decision. Working with III View has been a pleasure.
