Morgan and Amy provided excellent patient care, by making me feel at ease and explaining the process to me, thank you very much. This place is the best with many locations throughout the city, and ease of scheduling appointments, as well as reports available to patients on their portal. The location is close to the trolley, near UCSD East and Alvarado Road. I walked and it is hidden from the main road.
Rude on the phone, zero help. I choose another imagining outfit instead.
Horrible experience trying to schedule a mammogram with this place. After 5 long phone calls with customer service (over 30 minutes each) and spending an hour driving a disc of my last years results to one of their centers for upload, they cancelled the orders from my doctor because she is out of state. I only found out when I spent another 30 minutes today waiting to talk to the snotty customer service rep who informed me they cancelled my orders without telling me. HUGE WASTE OF TIME, SO FRUSTRATED!
