After having a series of incredibly awful experiences trying to get medical care in San Diego, the care I received at Imaging Healthcare Specialists was a welcome change. The staff was professional and courteous, but also kind and caring. The lobby was packed while I was there, yet they took their time and spoke to each patient like a human being, not just cattle making their way through the line. IHS is great for all of your imaging needs no matter which location you end up at. I truly think I have been to them all!
extremely RUDE and inefficient.The staff answering incoming calls was atrocious, interrupting and talking over me, was condescending and had no communications skills: AND that was the supervisor Ms. Kim.I would ask your doctor to send your orders elsewhere if I were you!
On time appointments, caring and personalized staffing. I have had many sonograms each one is great
They were awesome. At the time of my visit, it was Christmas Eve and they were all dressed up , it was so cute
