Wanted to call out the great and meticulous service of super duo Jenny and George. They did a great job doing several rounds of complex radiology for X-ray and were super patient, kind, conscientious, precision oriented. Just a great team here. Mayra at front desk was super helpful and knowledgeable. Had a very great experience while navigating a stressful health event. Thank you team for being so pleasant and helpful.
AWFUL!!! All they care about is getting paid. The worst part is I had to have SEVERAL high price imaging done and waited WEEKS to even make an appt! The website is garbage!! The phones just keep you on hold. San Diego must have another better imaging specialists? I’m taking my consult req elsewhere. Maybe I’ll drive the extra hour and go to Simon imaging
I would strongly discourage anyone from using this imaging center if you have any other option. I was initially told the earliest available appointment for an HSG test was more than a month away. Knowing that cancellations happen, I asked about a waitlist. I was informed that there is no waitlist and that patients are expected to check online every day—or multiple times a day—to look for cancellations through their portal.
