Always love going to IHOP. Especially i Denton. Every tip goes to help out the college students working there so they can get through school.
I had the chicken fried steak. Gravey looked weird. My friend didn't get half of his order not did my husband and I. Don't think we will be going back to this one again
I wish I had read the other reviews before my wife and I went here. Service was really great but the food got cold half way through.
Took forever! They also charged us extra for meals we did not order after we had already paid and refused to let us leave without paying it. Restaurant was dirty. I will not eat there again.
We have always enjoyed coming to IHOP Denton ...but after today ...not sure when or if we will be back !!! Service was HORRENDOUS !!! Asked numerous times for condiments like syrup, ketchup, salsa, butter ...finally asking the hostess ...then the waiter ... 60099 Devine C. ...came and threw them at us and ran away...had to go up to the service window to get ice water refills after our glasses sat empty for 15 minutes...NEVER been this upset on an outing to IHOP !!!!
It wasn't full when we arrived around 9:30 pm, but we still had to wait to be seated. The guy who showed us to our seats was nice, and right away took our drink order. He then said someone would be back to take the food order. A minute later he came back and said he would take our food order. Our food didn't take long to come out, we ordered breakfast...the food was lukewarm at best, and aren't IHOP pancakes supposed to be outstanding? The scrambled eggs while not hot were edible. Horrible experience. There was a fly in my coffee. The waitress didn't say a word. She brought me a new coffee but was rude about it. Food was warm. Less than mediocre.
