I understand that this is difficult times but I couldn’t get anyone on the phone after I ordered online. There were no instructions on how to pick up my food or if someone would bring it out to the car. After waiting 10 mins in the car I walked inside & my food was sitting on the counter. Not a soul in sight. Some rando could come in & take everyone’s food if they wanted to. It would have been nice to have some instructions so my food wasn’t cold when I got home. Why would one of your waiters tell my teenage daughter not to drink directly out of her glass? is this some strange company rule that customers are required to use straws or was he just a prick?
