While we waited less than 5 minutes to be seated, the staff wasn't welcoming at all. Despite the restaurant not being very busy, we waited over 15 minutes just to get served and another 25 minutes for our food to arrive.Everyone in our party agreed that the food fell short. The portions were good, but the pancakes were disappointing, and the overall taste was not up to par with other IHOP branches I’ve visited. You pay more for the view than the restaurant itself; it tasted like nothing. I ordered four dulce de leche pancakes. It was pretty bad.
