My mom found a hair in her food, and it completely ruined our experience. When we told the waiter about the hair he just said “extra flavor” and took it back. yeah jokes are all good but my biggest problem is that the manager did not make it right. She did not speak to us, did not give us any apology. Came in for breakfast with my daughter this morning and had an amazing time. The food was great and the service was even better. Valencia was awesome!
