I normally used to come to this IHOP numerous of times years ago but I stopped coming due to how ran down it has started to become but today after 3 years this location has most definitely improved for the better I met the new General Manager Kai very nice welcoming and well spoken young man couldn’t believe that He is 22 years old ! My wife & I arrived at 10:52. By 11:26, we still hadn't been served our order, & watched at least 3 other groups get served before us. My wife ONLY ordered 3 pancakes. I ordered a small coke...a drink at around 11:12. Not even that came. I ordered that drink b/c my sweet tea was actually just sweet water. Table was not clean either, which we cleaned ourselves when seated. Maybe they saw us being sanitary & decided to neglect us.
Stopped in this IHOP on our way through Athens. It was AWFUL. The restaurant smelled bad. Our table was dirty, the sweet tea was like sweet water. We ordered food and after 40 mins of waiting and watching other people who were seated after us get their orders, we decided to leave and eat somewhere else. It was a pretty poopy experience.
Sada our server is a wonderful person..we love her and she always is on point with everything....she is very dedicated to her customers..we wish the best of luck to her..and will definitely see her again..that's why we come here...
