I have ordered directly from the ihop website. Delivery and they used doordash. 1 order was totally missing. I called the store what's going on? They said they will partial refund but i still don't see any transaction update yet. Don't try to order via their website, but you rather order via ubereats or doordash. They become careful more toward ubereats or doordash delivery rather than their website direct order. Very dissappointed.
They gave me a once in a lifetime experience. Even though ihop isn’t a massive restaurant, they have a massive community filled with kind hearts! 10/10 would rate higher if I could.
