Probably the worst service I’ve had in quite a long time. Asked for a crispy chicken sandwich, got grilled, sent it back to be fixed. Got grilled AGAIN. Only after everyone else at the table was done with their meal did I receive the proper food ordered. Ketchup at the table was empty, hot sauce was missing its lid, they forgot to bring out the syrup with the meal, forgot the strawberry glaze on the waffles. Took forever to get seated. Came in for the free pancake stack. Since the service was so long I could only eat half as I had to get back to work. They refused to give me a box since it was a promo stating that the cameras were being watched and stated that I could eat them quickly before I had to go. I felt bad wasting the food as I had to go. They also had the nerve to ask for a donation since I was given free pancakes.

I went around church rush on a Sunday. Very busy. A manager came to help me because I had been waiting she was great. But the food tasted like maybe it had been a minute since grill had been cleaned. Tasted like old oil
