Not my favorite breakfast place. Terrible menu selection. A lot of sugary toppings on everything. Toast was dry and stale. Hash browns had to be sent back because not fully cooked. Better food and value elsewhere.

Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, works spectacularly well to make this IHOP much better than it was a few years ago. Cleaning keeps up well with the tables, waitstaff is more polite than I'd ever expect from a chain diner, and the cooks are doing good work for what you'd expect. With the loss of local diners & the decline in the Dennys of the area, I'm happy that at least IHOP can be the place I stop by for affordable breakfast and more coffee than I should be legally allowed to drink.

I’ve been to this IHOP a few times with my wife and kids. Decided to take my daughter for brunch today and was disgusted by how many dead bugs were inside the window just laying on the trim. They were fairly large too, as I saw a beetle. I should have left but I was trying to please my toddler. Highly suggest ownership to clean the windows more thoroughly. If food safety services saw that, it’d be a bad day for the owner.
