It's nothing more than okay...
$19 for a grab and go burrito?! And asking for tip on the payment screen for grab and go? Please don’t encourage this business practice
Expect you to use the app but only if you don’t want to substitute anything, so good luck finding a server when you do need one. Covered my bacon with gravy??! Hash browns were disgusting. Eggs were the only thing ok. Airport process for bad food. Would not return.
This is not an IHOP. This is one of those restaurants where they're licensed to use IHOP branding, but it's not a legit IHOP. And you can tell. Prices are literally double what you'd pay at a real IHOP. The food is served cold and is unappetizing. There is no real IHOP menu. Just a qr code that features some of what IHOP is known for. Service was fine, but best to avoid if you're looking for a real IHOP.
Love this iHop in DFW Terminal E! So nice to sit down in a restaurant rather than grabbing something to eat at the gate or on the plane. (Though for people who need to grab and go, they also have that option.) I ordered a cappuccino, veggie omelet, and fruit. Hot nutritious meal and fast, friendly service. Environment is simple and diner-like, and very calm compared to the busy hallways and waiting areas.
