Good server. Took too long to get food.. but was good.
I must say this is the worst Ihop i’ve ever been to. I dined in Sunday for father’s day, i came down for a visit to see my family. I had to wait too long to be seated. When we finally received a table the table was very sticky and under the table there was trash. The service was incredibly slow we waited about 10 minutes for our drinks and maybe another 10 to order. The service from Viola was great, she's a great help in your session vice crew.
We dined in shortly after 7pm on a Friday, thinking it would be busy, and to our suprize they weren't. There were less than 10 customer in the dining area with 2 servers. Our server, slacked on refills and making sure we were taken care of. Failed to check in to make sure everything was okay and the only time we saw her was when our food came out and when my husbands drink was EMPTY. Very disappointed with the service and the pricing is too high. Sad my hashbrowns ($3.79) were cheaper than my drink ($3.99)
