Restaurant needed to be cleaned, tables cleaned and floor mopped, was a tad sticky, they were not busy at all! Staff to busy talking about personal matters to wait on tables, the topic did not need to be discussed there, cooks to busy making pig noises to do the job assigned to them, asked them to stop and they did not, food served almost cold, and other guests complained, will not be back and health board needs to do a surprise inspection!
I went here for breakfast with my family, Nicole was our server, and she may be the best server I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Extremely quick and kind!
We arrived around 12:30 Saturday August 2, 2025 The restaurant was dirty and messy, not very busy and waitress was very nice, the other staff were busy chatting and talking about how someone had to go see the parole officer Monday, not the place for that discussion, they should have been cleaning tables the floors etc. my chair had syrup in it so I swapped it, floor was extremely sticky, the cooks were busy making pig noises that became very annoying, I even asked them to stop at one point but they kept on, took 30 min to ge... read more
Food was great but Kristina is undoubtedly the best server/to go server ever....she found a way to make my wifes culinary delight come true even when it wasn't on the menu. IHop or any other establishment should look to this woman for customer service excellence. Any time we come back to this area we will spend our money here instead of some high dollar restaurant with sub par food.
Viola was wonderful and made sure everything came out together and while it was hot! The food was yummy and fresh! She was very attentive! Great experience!
