Great experience! They answered my call on a holiday weekend, set my appointment and had my inspection to me quickly! Friendly and thorough! Will use for future purchases.
David was incredibly thorough. We had gone through a few different inspection companies and IHI, was leagues above the rest. He was on the property for atleast 5 hours, took note of all the large issues, and captured photos of all the small details around the property. The report for our space was 92 pages!!! Absolutely would use his services again!
