My husband and I stayed for a night while traveling East. I booked this room via text after midnight for the same day reservation. It was super convenient and easy. The room was huge and could easily sleep 4 or more. The room was a little dirty and the front staff was not the best as far as customer service but we were appreciative of the room being available. We had no issues getting on post and the breakfast the next day was awesome before we got on the road!
It's my third night here and I ask for room service all day and they just wouldn't do it a lady with dark hair parted on the front she would not help me and she was very rude to me and would not give me just a simple cleanup service or change my sheets or anything in the room oh she did give me two small coffee pods today is April 6 2023 she's a dark hair brunette and rude to me I'm very upset 😔
