I would NOT recommend iHeal Wellness. They incorrectly billed one of my sessions and my insurance notified them on the solution in order for my insurance to cover the session. Once they were notified, they stopped responding to me (including the therapist that was CC'd in the message). 2 months later they charged $200 off of my card and still never contacted me. Awesome service!! It took about a week due to phone tagging to connect once I spoke to the person that sets up the therapy with the therapist person. It was smooth. I am very pleased with my therapist. I would definitely recommend Heal Wellness😊
Despite contacting them multiple times and multiple ways absolutely no one gets back to you. If you’re looking for help look elsewhere because they are useless
