Lobby time was pretty fast (2:30pm, Thurs) and the doctor was great, quick, and professional. All the other staff were great too.
Dr Burton is fantastic but the reception staff is always unhelpful and very condescending
I came in today for a car accident, that I was having some symptoms from. The younger man behind the desk seemed immediately irritated for the fact I was even there. never looked me in the eyes and when I told him I was having problems, he snarked “ well with WHAT??” Short and with no compassion at ALL. He was rude and very unprofessional. Especially someone being in the front desk. It could be someone’s worst day, and he acted like it was such an inconvenience to him.
