Met with a doctor who seemed to dismiss my needs and purpose of visit while attempting to set up several other medical tests. I had come seeking to get some paperwork signed for my workplace that my job had already issued saying I had a valid case. Instead of helping with the paperwork and addressing my needs, I got treated like a money piñata. Doctor didn't even bother looking at the paperwork before attempting all this other stuff. Never going here again.

I am SO frustrated with Memorial Clinic. This is the third time that I’ve arrived to take my dad to an appointment and there is over an hour wait to get into the providers. We come from 45 minutes away. My dad is elderly and not in great health. It’s quite a task to get him to the doctor’s office. I would hope that if a medical office is that behind in their appointments, that they would call and tell their patients. It’s common courtesy. Why does none of the departments here ask sick gross violent germ coughing patients or parents of those germy kids wear a mask? I was at the office twice this week and there were kids and adults coughing and not masked. There's signs that have the policy to mask if sick with symptoms.

Best Instacare experience I’ve ever had. I brought my 4 year old son in with a broken arm and the staff was quick, kind, and knowledgeable. They helped my son get as comfortable as possible and explained things clearly and fully to me. 100% recommend this location and the providers that work there. Everyone, including, front desk, X-ray, nurses, and doctors were excellent.
