Im not waiting on the phone for over 10 minutes to make an appointment.
I used to rave about my doctors and the doctors of my children. I can’t continue to do that. They’ve missed diagnosis for my children, I’m always kept on hold for unbelievable lengths and rarely do they offer anything to help my children when they’re feeling poorly. Today, I was on hold for an hour and fifteen minutes trying to speak with a nurse, hung up and called back and asked to just make an appointment to come in. Absolutely horrible service. Receptionist can only book same day appointments for "certain symptoms" so you had better lie and mention the "right" ones, otherwise you will be sent through to the nursing line where the hold time will be a minimum of 1 hour (not kidding). In the past when we were actually able to make an appointment to see a doctor, we liked the doctors, but can't abide such terrible service.
RecommendedLove this pediatric office! Great staff and Dr Randall is very knowledgeable, always making sure she answers all my questions and sets my mind at ease when I'm a worrying mess. Any time I call with questions or concerns the nurses are always very helpful. Flexible scheduling and early/late appointments available.
I love this provider staff. I always walk out feeling confident in the visit. We absolutely adore Dr Tosto, she's simply amazing.
While the doctors take the time to addresses your needs the office staff is greatly lacking. I submitted paperwork on my child and it wasn't given to the doctor as I was told it would be. I called back 2 weeks later and it still wasn't submitted. Mad as hell....
I was 15 minutes late bc I was stuck in traffic. I called 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment to tell them and they cancelled my appointment. So not impressed!
The nurses are nice and the doctors are nice, but don't EVEN dare try to make an appointment before 8am or after 5pm despite your work schedule and what your company will or will not allow and despite they do offer these appointments, or else you'd be charge an extra $27 for it plus having to put my neck on the line at work just to make sure my babies are taken care of.
