Complete dangerous and rude drivers employed by this questionable entity. Train your damn driver's to behave like human beings, they don't own the road.
The following is a review for Billboard Lofts, a property managed by IHA. This is the worst experience we have ever had with a property management company. This is the worst company I’ve ever encountered. I was filing an application for my mother to one of there listings and I was in communication with Nate Pagan on this matter, I was requested by him to submit her business license which I had sent to him promptly then asks me for her tax return. She had not filed due to the pandemic and in the state of California, taxpayers are allowed to submit until October 15th, since she had not filed.I had also submitted bank statements of $20,000+ income and it was not enough information... read more
