Implement that new system that you have been converting to since the beginning of the year. Give us access to an on-line system.
I would not recommend this office to anyone! They assume.. because some people don't take their medications as prescribed ..that no one does! They are wrong! Those of us who take their medications as prescribed are punished for those that don't. This office ..Dr's and staff are extremely rude judgmental and paranoid!! They have a way of making you feel less of a person and look down their noses at you with a holier then thou attitude. Always wonderful staff and doctors
The receptionists are the rudest you will encounter. I've been a patient here for 10 years and I'm going to leave based on my last interaction with Helen the receptionist. I've never been treated so rudely. She yelled at me because my sick 1 year old child was sitting on my lap jabbering during our phone call. When I told her that I had a sick baby on my lap she rudely told me to call back later, because she only want to hear from me and not my child. Unacceptable! From the girls at the front desk to the Doctor's, lab tecks, and medical assistance everyone is pleasant and helpful.
