I have been around computers for a long, long time. Still, I got caught with a virus that trashed my PC before I could stop it. IGTS cleaned up the box, and turned me on to a better anti-virus app. But best, they diagnosed a backplane problem at the memory card area. They suggested an upgrade path too. The box stayed fixed.Not cheap, but capable, in my view.Brian W
