IGS is a terrible company who OVERCHARGED almost 50% more than national fuel's rate after our 1-year fixed rate. The IGS rate we have been charged is over .071 while national fuel /gas rate is only .042, No one should consider to do business with IGS. Very dishonest company in the market. They should be shame for what they done for stealing money from customers by overcharging the rate.

Very honest company. I am glad I found this local supplier after Direct Energy had my rates in the double digits. Thanks for the savings over Duke the monopoly.

IGS Energy: NO MEANS NO! Not ignore the specific instructions of leave the property immediately and never come back! Instead your "Customer Retention Specialist" shows up at her door 2 weeks later and again attempts to convince an elderly woman with memory issues to switch to your company. REAL CLASSY! He even went as far as to call the local energy company for her in an attempt to ensure his sale. If I could, I would give a negative rating. They are a bully company, coming house to house monthly pressuring you to sign up for their service. I just received my new electric bill and it was $100 more than my budget bill because of their “service”. Completely unacceptable. I called to cancel, got my “cancellation fee”waived because I made such a big fuss about it, and told them never to step foot on my property again. Do not do business with them unless you enjoy throwing away money

This company sold me a worthless dream. The sales rep helped me signed up thinking that I was getting a good deal because my electric bill is extremely high through AEP. The sales rep was at my house for hours and she personally called my AEP electric company to switch for me. After switching over and reviving my first bill with IGS on my AeP bill, the bill turned out to be significatly higher that what the AEP bill would have been. I have been harassed by this company for years. At least 6 times a year I get door to door salesman knocking on my door ,with a no soliciting sign, trying to get me to sign up. One time I did sign up for about a year. I continued to get salesmen at my door while I was already signed up so I canceled my services. Meanwhile, I continued to get phone calls, claiming they are with AEP, and not IGS, trying to same thing.
