Never had a chance to get to know a doctor. But under his supervision the office has a inconvinionly rude policy about appointment cancelation or reschedule withing 24 hours. Other wise you going to be charged. Before even seeing a patient they will give you a bunch of paperwork to sign about a payment a credit card information and insurance information. Dr.Borisov is very thorough, solution oriented, kind and smart. When I have been seen, he and his staff are considerate and take the time to understand my condition. I would highly recommend.
