Arlene and her staff are wonderful, with the process of selling our home and buying a new build, it's very stressful with Arlene's professionalism, she made this process much easier. I would recommend IGo Realty and Arlene Castro to anyone who is looking for a realtor.
I have worked with Jean in the long process of selling and buying houses!!! She was the most wonderful part of the process! Anytime I had a question, thought, or just needed to someone to talk to she was there! She is extremely knowledgeable of the business and if something comes up that she doesn't know the answer to, she knows where and go to get it! Absolutely amazing person!
My husband and I previously had a very poor buying experience from an inexperienced realtor and lender, so we were very skeptical going into this process. I have to tell you that Jean Broad was AMAZING! She made everything clear and simple and had our best interest in mind the entire time. She was very knowledgeable about the VA loan process and expectations, and matched us with a lender who was equally as knowledgable. We are beyond happy with our new home and experience with Jean and iGo Realty. Highly recommended!!!
Geoff sold our house in record timing. He is great with negotiations.
A five star review because I strung Geoff along without paying him... let me explain. My mom had a realtor who wasn't doing a good job, I turned to Geoff for advice and he gave me his time and free work in order to monitor the MLS, give a second opinion, and hold our hand until the house finally sold. Geoff was my backup in case things went south, and I really owe him one. When I buy my next house, it will definitely be through him. And I will pay him a lot next time!
