I highly recommend Jamiel. I met Jamiel after I hit the lowest level of my life. I was facing the empty nest, moving, dealing with unanticipated old house renovation problems, and losing a job I loved all hit simultaneously. It was a very dark time. Jamiel helped me find myself again. She is highly empathetic and caring, providing actionable steps that helped me escape a deep dark hole. Words can not express what a difference she has made in my life.

I recommend Jamiel Lotz to anyone who is looking for a therapist! I was of the mindset that I did not need a therapist; anxiety and depression were all in my head and I just needed to put my big girl pants on and keep going. Boy, was I wrong. Jamiel helped me…she helped me a lot! She will listen, and hear you, and she will teach you helpful techniques!
