The most amazing people are Chris Lisbeth and Heather are amazing CNAs they always come to work happy and smiling and are very fast and quick and come to help you with whatever you need and always do so with a smile and let you know that they're there for anything that you need and are happy to help with whatever you need and are very happy to do whatever you need for them to do for you
This place is in no way a resort of any kind. My mom was just served breakfast at 9:10am. Why so late? The food is cheap & unappealing. My mom's call light goes unanswered for at least 30 minutes to an hour. The other day I stepped out of her room to see why no one was answering her call light & I saw 4 other call lights on in the hallway. In addition, there was not a soul anywhere. IMO, the result can be unsafe situations. IMO, this is a result of incompetent management. Incompetence & uncaring toward patients who need help... read more
The very first moment I walked in the door, I felt like I had stepped into a friend’s house. I felt so welcomed and comfortable. I was talking and laughing and calm immediately.
Upon our loved one exiting the resort while there she would wait 5 mins for a nurse to get to the room there was no physical therapy given she was pretty much the same as she went in no paperwork for future care was suggested they basically sent her home for us to figure it out . Very disappointed even the front desk didn't say a word upon her leaving you guys are first sight welcoming should be when people enter and exit. This place it’s like a luxury hotel such a nice staff very caring all the employees are wonderful. I hope that we’re able to bring my mother here again because she’s needing help. Very clean! Unfortunately, Hospice tried to send us down to hearthstone, which was a disaster. That place was gross from the front door to the rooms! Looks like a old prison dungeon smells like urine and poop. Ignite is AMAZING!!!!!!!!
