We hired Ignite 2.5yrs ago for a fireplace install in a home remodel and the fireplace just went out on us. We called and Ignite noted they'd charge us $200 just to have a tech come out and look at it, so we called another firm and they sent out a tech for free. The tech said he's installed our same fireplace numerous times and that ours had clearly not been installed properly.
