Ignite is a casual and friendly bistro, offering American Cusiune with a little flair. We have a fabulous patio to dine on and our dining area inside has a wonderful mountain side view. We have a full bar, both on the patio and inside with handcrafted cocktails and local craft beers on tap, with Happy Hour 7 Days a week. Brunch on Sundays from 10am -3pm with live music. I love � Ignite Bistro. Hands down, the best food and atmosphere in Carlsbad!!!! Patio rocks!!! The staff is insanely hot and knowledgeable!! I just bought shares!!
Beautiful out door patio area, my favorite area, the inside is also lovely, but nothing like being outside in a beautiful setting on a summer day. I order the fried oysters, delicious, but I still prefer them as shooters. Jennifer was an awesome server, with a wonderful sense of humor. I wish they would keep the patio area open longer on Sundays. I highly recommend this cute, cozy place. I wish them much continued success �
The food, service, and atmosphere were all great!!! I had the bacon lobster Mac and cheese and it was amazing!! I highly recommend this place!!
