Ignite is a casual and friendly bistro, offering American Cusiune with a little flair. We have a fabulous patio to dine on and our dining area inside has a wonderful mountain side view. My favorite place to brunch! Any flavor bottomless mimosas and the food is delicious too! Candice took great care of us out on the patio and the acoustic jam session was killer ambiance. Love this place!

My husband and I have been coming to Ignite for over 2 years. It has great atmosphere and it is close to home. Nice to have something in the neighborhood. My husband is in love with the man candy and the lobster Mac. Waiters and Bartender, Tom are great.!!

My family and I recently discovered Ignite Bistro in Carlsbad. It quickly became a favorite place to dine, or just enjoy Happy Hour, great appetizers, and watch the games. The food and drinks are outstanding. The staff is extremely professional, welcoming, and friendly. The owner is amazing. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving celebration at Ignite, and we just had another fabulous meal last night. We love Ignite! Can't wait to go back!
