These guys have been more than helpful on probably over a dozen occasions. Super cooperative to work to diagnose the problem(s). Very informative and knowledgeable. Willing to answer any questions that come up. Fair pricing and willing to work with you. Reliable work, including referring out to someone more qualified for a particular job if that's what's best. For example, we had an audio problem, which they don't do, and they referred us out to another company of similar character. Absolutely would recommend to anyone 10/10

I had shaking in my steering wheel, spoke with Ben and made an appointment. He was out of town but his office lady and mechanics were professional, on time and polite as well as well spoken. They kept me in the loop and had me out the door in under an hour and a half with the problem taken care of. I will continue to use ignite as my auto place
