Igloo air conditioning was really good. I was skeptical because I am always not sure how service companies will be. But Milad was awesome! He was responsible, responsive, punctual, thorough and was just a super chill guy. I will now use him for all my HVAC needs. He was also very reasonably priced (which in this economy) is a steal AND he doesn't try to upsell you one million things. Milad was very responsive, courteous, and professional. I called him and he was at my house within an hour. My heater was not working and he diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. Turns out I needed a new gas valve. He returned to my house in less than an hour with a new valve and quickly replaced it. All for a very fair price! Highly recommend Milad at Igloo Air Conditioning!

The response to our inquiry was prompt, and their pricing is quite fair. We experienced an issue with our heater, but Milad promptly identified the problem and resolved it. I highly recommend their services.

Did a really bad job. I got overcharged $2000 for a really bad quality permitted repair that took over a month and a half and three failed inspections. He is the professional, yet I as a random homeowner had to do all the inspections and I didn’t understand anything. Didn’t give me all the stuff I need for inspections, communication took forever and needed several reminders just to give me the basic things I needed for inspections (to which I didn’t get them).
