I chose Igloo out of several HVAC bids due to Milad’s expert knowledge in the various kinds of HVAC systems and pricing. He was able to give me a great quality system at an affordable price by cutting down on the overhead cost. He is the owner (family owned) and he was present when his crew installed the system. The system was installed with the required permits. Heat pump was installed in the attic and Condenser was installed on the roof. I will certainly contact Milad for my future HVAC needs as well.

I'm so glad I worked with Milad on replacing my furnace with a heat pump HVAC unit. His team was efficient and professional—they completed the installation in just one day and even relocated the thermostat for me. The entire process was smooth, and I had a great experience. Highly recommend!

Milad is very good in replying my text. When my heating system is not working, he tried to come to fix it as soon as possible. He is also very capable to find the problem and fix it in a minute. I like to communicate directly with technician not the people who only answer the phone. I definitely will recommend him to my friends and call him when I have any further needs for my AC and Heating needs.
